The guaratee of the organic and French milk origine
BIOLAIT only collects
certified producers "Agriculture Biologique"
milk .The Collected milk thus answers to all Europeen
requirements, the EEC n° 2092/91 of June 24, 1991
and the CC-REPAB.F. BIOLAIT is controled by ECOCERT.
A milk tracability from the producer to the transformer
BIOLAIT set up very rigorous
internal procedures ( included in specifications ) which
allow to verify the corresponence of all the stages of
the activity. Every tank compartmentis sealed up when
filled. The seal numbers are necessarily indicated on
the drivers tour sheet, permitting to identify quickly
the producers.
An optimized quality by the implementation
of the HACCP method applied to the collection activity
of organic fresh milk.
In every collection step,
critical points are controlled, systematic milk temperature
set off, milk acidity dosage and antibiotic test.
A watch over system ( a
post-tour watch over or driver's audit ) permits to verify
that these precautionary measures are correctly realized.
