A SAS statute
The responsibility of the members is limited
to the provisions of capital they bring to the company,
that is 250 € , which corresponds to a partnership
share.
A Sense of Solidarity and Mutual Engagement
As farmers adhere to Biolait, they commit
themselves to delivering their milk to BIOLAIT for 3 years
and they become owners of their tanks.
In compensation, BIOLAIT commits itself to collecting
and marketing its members’ milk. And in case milk
collecting has to stop on the area, Biolait commits itself
to mutualising the producer. The producer then is collected
by another operator but is paid the same price than the
other members.
A sense of equity
Every farm whatever the number of litres
of milk it produces or whatever its number of associates
has the same number of partnership shares and therefore
the same representation as far as votes are concerned.(1
farm = 1 voice).
The price paid to the members reflects the activity margin
of the grouping. It is identical for all the members whatever
their geographic positions and their volumes (sense of
equity).
Transforming milk on the farm
Members can transform milk on their farms
if they respect policies and procedures.
